    Class AgentCommand

    cell agent sync: writes the agent guide of the installed versions into AGENTS.md (between markers) and .agents/skills/cell/SKILL.md: the Cell guide of this CLI and the AGENTS.md of every component and toolchain module (docs/design/agent-first.md R7).
