    Class McpCommand

    cell mcp: an MCP server on stdio (newline-delimited JSON-RPC) with the project tools of docs/design/agent-first.md R8 and those of toolchain modules. Runs until stdin closes. stdout carries protocol messages only: console output of anything else goes to stderr.
